Krajowe Centrum Kształcenia i Promocji Muzycznego Partnerstwa i Kultury Grania Zespołowego

      W dniu 5 listopada 2015, z mej inicjatywy, powstało Krajowe Centrum Kształcenia i Promocji Muzycznego Partnerstwa i Kultury Grania Zespołowego przy Zespole Szkół Muzycznych im. Artura Rubinsteina w Bydgoszczy.

         Oto list do Pani Dyrektor Ewy Stąporek-Pospiech oraz Deklaracja Ideowa Centrum:

          Szanowna Pani Dyrektor.

          Doprawdy, z ogromną radością i wdzięcznością przyjąłem Pani zgodę na inicjatywę zorganizowania w Bydgoszczy Krajowego Centrum Kształcenia i Promocji Idei Muzycznego Partnerstwa i Kultury Grania Zespołowego.

          W moim postrzeganiu, możliwość profesjonalnego zapoznania młodzieży licealnej a nawet podstawowej, z tymi bezcennymi ideami jest nie do przecenienia, zarówno ze względu na walor artystyczny grania zespołowego opartego na idei muzycznego partnerstwa, jak i zwyczajny, życiowy, ponieważ znakomita większość aktualnych uczniów będzie się w przyszłości realizować właśnie, jako wykonawcy zespołowi. Uważam, że powinnością nas pedagogów, jest przygotowanie do tego młodzieży zarówno profesjonalnie jak i psychologicznie, od zarania edukacji

          Marzy mi się, żeby takie Centrum stało się dla uczniów i pedagogów niewysychającym źródłem informacji i wiedzy o partnerstwie w graniu zespołowym, nie tylko w wymiarze regionu, ale wręcz całego Kraju. Wierzę, że w Pani doświadczonych rękach, Centrum rozwinie się w pełni i spełni swój cel.

          Upoważniam Panią Dyrektor do posłużenia się moim nazwiskiem, w informowaniu o Centrum, gdyby miało to być przydatne, Nie muszę Pani zapewniać, że dla mojego udziału w aktywności profesjonalnej Centrum, czyli – kursy, sympozja, konferencje, spotkania, zawsze znajdę czas, pomimo wciąż intensywnej aktywności artystycznej.

Deklaracja ideowa

Kilka ważnych celów tego bezprecedensowego Centrum:

•      Uświadomienie wartości grania zespołowego od początku kształcenia muzycznego.
•     Uświadomienie uczniom, że artystą jest nie tylko tzw. solista, ale w równej mierze muzyk, który gra w zespole. Wszystko zależy od postawy i profesjonalnego poziomu przygotowania.
•     Uświadomienie uczniom realnego faktu, że znikomy procent a nawet, zaledwie promil spomiędzy nich będzie się w życiu realizować, jako soliści, a pozostali, jako muzycy zespołowi, we wszystkich możliwych układach. Obowiązkiem kształcenia jest przygotowanie muzycznej młodzieży do tej rzeczywistości zarówno profesjonalnie jak i, co szczególnie ważne, psychologicznie.
•       Promocja idei muzycznego partnerstwa.

          On November 5, 2015 the National Centre for Education and Promotion of Musical Partnership and the Culture of Ensemble Performances at Artur Rubinstein Schools of Music in Bydgoszcz was established on my initiative.   

          Below is my letter to Headmistress   Ewa Stąporek-Pospiech and the Vision Statement of the Centre:

          Dear Headmistress,

          I welcomed with great joy and gratitude your approval of my initiative to establish in Bydgoszcz the National Centre for Education and Promotion of Musical Partnership and the Culture of Ensemble Performances.

          In my opinion, it offers an invaluable chance to high school and even primary school students to become professionally acquainted with these priceless ideas: the artistic dimension of ensemble performances based on the concept of partnership in music, as well as the ordinary, everyday value of it – as the vast majority of your current students will be performing in ensembles in future.  I consider it as our, music teachers’, duty to prepare young people for such role, both professionally and mentally, starting from the very beginning of their education. 

          In my dream, I see the Centre as an ever-flowing source of information and knowledge on partnership in ensemble performances, which should serve pupils and teachers not only on the regional but even on the national scale.  I am convinced that under your experienced guidance, the Centre will develop fully and attain this goal. 

          I authorise you to use my name while publishing any   information on the Centre, if you deem it useful.  Please be assured that in spite of my numerous artistic duties I will always find time to participate in the professional activities of the Centre, including training courses, symposia, conferences and meetings.

Vision Statement

MUSICAL PARTNERSHIP IN ENSEMBLE PERFORMANCES

National Centre for Education and Promotion at Artur Rubinstein Schools of Music in Bydgoszcz

Vision Statement

This unprecedented Centre intends, among others:

•         To make pupils aware, from the start of their musical education, of the importance of ensemble performances.
•      To make young people aware that artists are not only the so-called soloists but also, and equally so, all ensemble musicians.  Everything depends on the attitude and the level of professionalism.
•        To make pupils realize that a very low percentage – actually a permillage – of them will be able to perform as soloists while the majority will play as ensemble musicians in all the available configurations.  The system of education has to prepare the young artists to adjust to such reality, not only professionally but also mentally, which is even more important.  
•                 To promote the concept of partnership in music.
